Airbus Group today announced new members of the Airbus Group University Partner Programme at the 2016 Farnborough Airshow. Imperial College London, the Indian Institute of Science (Bangalore) and the KTH Royal Institute of Technology (Stockholm) are joining the Programme, which brings the total number of members to 16 universities based around the world.

“These partnerships underscore the universities’ and Airbus Group’s commitment to working hand in hand in developing education and training which will meet the future needs of the aerospace industry,” said Thierry Baril, Chief Human Resources Officer during a ceremony at Farnborough. “We want to continue inspiring young people from all backgrounds and nationalities to enrich the diversity of the aerospace industry. These three new partnerships will support us in reaching this challenging and motivating goal.”
