As DAES’s new Director of Capital Equipment Americas, Jeffrey Long will execute the strategic growth plan designed for the Americas market, develop new business programs, and lead communications with DAES’s business partners and key customers to strengthen business relationships and strategic alliances. Additionally, Long will evaluate the DAES product and services portfolio to assure each customer receives the best possible support.

Long holds a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautics as well as an MBA in Technology Management. Prior to DAES, he was an Airline Pilot for Piedmont/American Airlines. Jeffrey served in the United States Army for more than 23 years, during which time he held various command positions, such as Commander 2-149th General Support Aviation Battalion (AAAA Aviation Unit of the Year 2017), and Commander of the Singapore Foreign Military Sales (FMS) for their CH47 Peace Prairie Squadron. Earlier in his career, Jeffrey was a Manufacturing Manager for Applied Materials.
