A Request for Interest will be issued on May 15, 2018 for the lease and development of four separate parcels located on the Charles M. Schulz – Sonoma County Airport in Santa Rosa, California; three parcels are designated for aeronautical use and one parcel for either aeronautical or non-aeronautical use. The goal of this RFI is to seek interested entity(ies) willing and able to lease and develop the aforementioned sites located on the Airport. The Airport requests that all expressions of interest from any party are capable of designing, financing, developing, managing and operating the site(s). Responses should provide complete information to the Airport to understand the developmental concept and to accurately judge each project on its full merit.
