Former Eclipse Aviation Communications Director Andrew Broom has taken a similar position at Hawker Beechcraft. Broom ran the PR department at Eclipse for five years and took the new job days after it was announced that European investor Roel Pieper was injecting $100 million into Eclipse in exchange for the right to build aircraft in Russia. Broom said the timing was coincidental.
