Brandon Williams earned his Private Pilots License at the age of 17 before attending the US Air Force Academy. In the US Air Force, he served as an F-15E Fighter Pilot and T-38 Instructor Pilot, flying combat missions and training missions worldwide. Today, he's a Captain for a major U.S. airline and an Aviation Safety and Leadership Speaker, helping flight schools and other aviation organizations apply the principles of human factors, debriefing, and high-reliability leadership to drive safer, higher-performing teams
