Mark Paolucci Brad Thress Roger Whyte, Cessna’s senior vice president of sales and marketing, is retiring at the end of the year and will be replaced by Mark Paolucci, who is currently senior vice president of customer service. In turn, Brad Thress will assume Paolucci’s duties.

Heidi McNary Heidi McNary is Hawker Beechcraft’s new vice president and chief technical officer. She was formerly chief operating officer and executive vice president of sales and marketing at DeCrane Aerospace.

Enrico Evers is Piper’s new director of Sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Evers has 20 years of experience in aircraft sales with Lancair, Beech and Cessna and fleet operations with Falcon Jets.

Tony Swift Tony Swift is Gulfstream Aerospace’s field service representative in Newark, Teterboro and Morristown. Previously, he was in charge of servicing U.S. Air Force C-37 (GV) aircraft in Belgium.

Greg Collett Austin Shontz Gulfstream Aerospace has named Greg Collett as vice president of initial phase operations and Austin Shontz as vice president of final phase operations. Both are long-term Gulfstream executives.

Norman Mello Norman Mello has joined ARGUS PROS as Director of Business Aviation. He was formerly at Delta AirElite Business Jets.

Brig. Gen. Carr Brig. Gen. Charles (Chuck) Carr is the new National Vice Commander of the Civil Air Patrol. An incorrect photo accompanied last week’s announcement of the appointment.

Stephane Mayer Stephane Mayer, who was CEO of EADS Socata before it was sold to DAHER, has now been hired in his old role by the new company. He spent the interim as CEO of ATR, a turboprop regional airliner manufacturer.

Drew McEwen Drew McEwen is the new Director of Sales, Americas for Piper Aircraft. McEwen had a 28-year career in sales at Hawker Beechcraft before joining Piper.

Randy Brown Randy Brown has been promoted to vice president and general manager of Gulfstream’s Mexicali site, which makes various subassemblies and components for Gulfstream aircraft. Brown has been with Gulfstream since 2006 as senior manager of production operations in Savannah.
