Baron Aviation Weather features weather tracking and forecasting tools including winds and temperatures aloft, global IR satellite, global lightning and mid- and high-level significant weather along with the company’s Flight Cross Section and Global Radar products.
North Carolina-based Jet Logistics has announced that it is one of a group of fixed-wing, STOL and rotorcraft operators to be awarded the Department of Defense U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) WASP-135 contract. The domestic and international airlift services contract is valued at up to $5.7 billion. Finally, SAKOR Technologies is introducing a line of dynamometer systems designed to test and verify electric motor efficiency in accordance with a series of national and international standards. The units can be used to test two to eight pole motors ranging from 10 watts to more than 3 megawatts.
