The acquisition couples nicely with ARGUS’ global presence in the aviation safety training, auditing, rating and SMS business.Keystone Aviation, a TAC Air Company, has enlarged the sales coverage for Daher’s TBM very fast turboprop aircraft, adding four Canadian provinces and one additional U.S. state to its area of responsibility. The new geographic zone comprises the provinces of Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia in Canada, along with the most northwestern U.S. state – Alaska.

Rectrix Aviation Inc. announced that Paul Foley has been named Chief Executive Officer. As CEO for Rectrix Aviation, Mr. Foley will be responsible for overseeing the aviation division and launching its scheduled airline service. His duties will also include management of the commuter airline service between Hyannis, Massachusetts, and Nantucket, Massachusetts, which Rectrix has applied to operate through the Department of Transportation.Bell Helicopter announced that Petroleum Air Services has been appointed as the first Bell Helicopter Authorized Customer Service Facility in North Africa. “Since 1982, we have been providing both fixed wing and helicopter transportation to the oil and gas and travel industries in Egypt,” said General Yehia Hussein, chairman and managing director of Petroleum Air Services. “We are extremely excited to have been chosen as the very first authorized Bell Helicopter Customer Service Facility in North Africa.”
