This looks like it was taken at NAS Point Mugu in southern California, home of the 146 wing of the Air National Guard. There are always a half-dozen or more C-130’s on the ramp there, except during fire season when they’re off fighting the slew of fires that ravage our region annually. We’re really grateful for their presence.
