When Thielert Aircraft Engines went insolvent a few months ago, there were a lot of predictions on what would happen to those with aircraft using their diesel engines. Well, all that’s playing out now, and it’s not a very encouraging set of circumstances. AVweb‘s Russ Niles spoke with Vilis Ositis, president of the Thielert Engine Owners Group (ThEnOG) about the effects of the insolvency on owners.
