“Snake bit.” The Viperjet, homebuilt 2-place jet, draws a crowd. This aircraft is powered by a T-55 helicopter conversion. It’s more efficient and they get about 40 gallons to the hour. We’ve guestimated that they can get a top speed of about 350 kts. This page best viewed at 800×600 or better
“Thunderclap?” This little plane is a scale replica of a P-47 Thunderbolt, but we were unable to find out the exact scale. This page best viewed at 800×600 or better
“Blue Flamer.” A nice Van’s RV-4, built in 1990, with a ‘hot’ paintjob. This page best viewed at 800×600 or better
“Baby Mustang.” This Stewart S-51 “Lil’ Beautiful Doll” is a 3/4 scale replica of an original P-51 Mustang. This page best viewed at 800×600 or better
“This Lion don’t ‘strut’.” This lovely staggerwing Lionhear has been to EAA AirVenture for a few years running. This page best viewed at 800×600 or better

“Little white rocket.” This Lancair IV-P is powered by Pratt & Whitney. Just looks fast sitting there. This page best viewed at 800×600 or better
“No pushing.” This homebuilt caught our eye, but we’re not sure what it is. One of our aircraft gurus thinks that it might be a Cirrus VK-30. This page best viewed at 800×600 or better
“Ride the ‘wind.” A lovely painjob on a very nice Seawind amphibian. This page best viewed at 800×600 or better
