Frank Dennis is the new General Manager of Million Air Toronto at Buttonville Airport. The position is a new one, and Dennis is the first to occupy it.

Chris Bodine has been named Vice President and General Manager of StandardAero’s Augusta facility. He’s been in the role as acting VP for nine months.

Thomas Canavera Thomas Canavera has rejoined Sierra Industries as sales manager. He was most recently senior director of delivery and insurance risk management at Mooney Airplane Company.

Pete Ring Pete Ring is Avidyne’s new sales manager for eastern North America. He was previously the inside sales rep for the region.

Jeff Cassidy took over as President and Chief Operation Officer of Global Aerospace on Jan. 1. Nick Brown continues as Chairman and CEO.

Chris Holder Chris Holder is the new sales manager for Engine Components, Inc. (ECi). He was formerly regional sales manager of Aerospace Products International.

Jet Aviation Jet Aviation received a Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate and will operate under Jet Aviation Flight Services, Inc. Priester Aviation, which had formed a strategic alliance with Jet while it was foreign-owned, is aiding the transition now that the company is owned by General Dynamics, parent company of Gulfstream.

Michael France Michael France is the new director of regulatory affairs at the National Air Transportation Association. He was formerly the manager of regulatory affairs.

John Nelson is the new salesman for Air BP in the Southeast. He’s a chemical engineer, pilot and founder of an FBO accounting software company.

Skytech Skytech is bucking the downturn and just opened a new facility at Carroll County Regional Airport (KDMW) where it will continue to deal in high-end single Pipers, Cessnas, and Pilatus aircraft. The company also recently completed a facility in Charlotte with an eye to serving the rebounding market in two years.
