Andy Seaton Andy Seaton has been promoted to Director of Product Support at Universal Avionics System Corporation. Seaton joined the company in 2004 as a field service engineer.

Ben Lamzed Ben Lamzed is the new Director of Asset Management and Technical Group at the International Bureau of Aviation (IBA). Lamzed was formerly asset manager at Close Aviation Finance.

Chris Crum Chris Crum is a Business Developer and Strategist for ServiceElements. He was most recently President and CEO of Royal Jet Group.

Max Allen Max Allen has been named to the newly-created post of Director, Continuous Improvement and Component Repair, at BBA Aviation Engine Repair and Overhaul (ERO). Allen Joined the company in 2004 as Director of Operations at the company’s Forest Park facility.

Ross Aimer Retired United Airlines Capt. Ross “Rusty” Aimer has been named CEO of Aviation Experts LLC. He’s also a flight training captain for Boeing on the 787 and 777.

Scott Shiells Scott Shiells is StandardAero’s new Airframe Program Director. Shiells came from Duncan Aviation where he was project manager on maintenance and modification projects.

Dennis Constantine Dennis Constantine has been named Director of Technical Services for Cutter Aviation FBO Network. He’s been with Cutter since 2002 and was most recently its Corporate Director of Finance.

John Grassby John Grassby has joined Toronto-based UYJ Aviation as its new Sales Director. He formerly held positions with Bombardier Business Aircraft and Learjet Canada.

Flight Options has named Jay Heublein as vice president of sales and marketing. He started his aviation career with Flight Options as a regional sales director and went to a competitor in a similar role before being attracted back.

Tom Neufelder has been named Avidyne’s new VP of Engineering. Neufelder came to Avidyne from General Electric where he was VP and General Manager for Independent Practice Engineering developing electronic medical record and practice systems for doctors.
