Stphane Jacques Stphane Jacques has been named EADS Socata’s chief test pilot. The 44- year-old Jacques retired as a Lt. Col. in the French Air Force where he was a test pilot instructor.

Norm Matheis Norm Matheis has been appointed Regional Marketing Manager for Canada for Universal Avionics Systems. He worked at Field Aviation in Toronto for 19 years and was educated in Ontario.

Mark Bianchi NetJets Aviation today announced that Mark Bianchi has been named Executive Vice President of Aircraft Maintenance. Bianchi previously served as Senior Vice President of Aircraft Maintenance for NetJets and will oversee the maintenance and operation of more than 400 aircraft in the NetJets fleet.

Eric Lampert has been named Vice President and Director of Operations for the Flight Operations Department at NetJets Aviation. Lampert most recently served as the Assistant Director of Operations for Flight Operations at NetJets He started in 1994 as a line pilot in the Citation SII.

Standard Aero has appointed Kevin Perris as STC Program Director for the Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A Business Unit. Perris has been with the Winnipeg, Manitoba company since 1995.

Stephen Woolstenhulme Stephen Woolstenhulme has been appointed president of both Lake Texoma Jet Center, LLC and Red River Turbines, both located in Denison, Tex. The FBO is a strategically-placed refueling stop, and the engine shop specializes in GE CJ610 and CF700 service. (The Jackson Group web site)

Brent Wouters Cirrus Design has announced that Brent Wouters, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, has been promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer. Wouters joined Cirrus in 2002 after working at Delta Airlines developing simulators and acting as a technology consultant on the F-22 program.

Bell Helicopters Bell Helicopters has appointed Greg Williams president and general manager of Edwards and Associates, the company’s completion and service subsidiary. Williams replaced Phil Dietreich, who retired after 42 years at Edwards and Associates. Williams has been with Bell 31 years.

HAI Helicopter Association International announced its new board of directors at its annual Heli-Expo, which ended Tuesday.
