The company’s 2D and 3D thermoset and thermoplastic fabrics and E-WEBBINGS narrow woven fabrics can be used in applications including parachutes, cargo restraint systems, seating, crew safety system components, flight suits, air slides, seat-belts and flotation devices. S.S. White Technologies is celebrating its 175th anniversary year. Now specializing in flexible shaft technology for aviation and automotive uses, the company was founded in 1844 as an artificial tooth factory.

Global aerospace service provider DAES Group has announced the completion of a 1300-square-meter wheel and brake facility for First Class Aviation Services. The shop is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. DAES Group also appointed Jeffrey Long as its new Director of Capital Equipment Americas. Long served in the United States Army for more than 23 years and flew for Piedmont/American Airlines.
