Based in Dallas, Texas, Airspeed Insurance Agency LLC began operations this month in the midst of several aviation insurance agency mergers and acquisitions. The president of the company, Parker Woodruff, has over seven years experience in aviation insurance along with experience operating a small flight school and owning two Mooneys. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot certificate and is an active CFI.
“We strive to make sure that our clients have the most comprehensive coverage for their unique needs and we do that by professionally marketing their unique risk to each company we represent,” Woodruff said. “By leaving insurance underwriters with more answers than questions, they feel confident in giving our clients their best pricing and greatest scope of coverage within their product offerings.”
Airspeed will attend the Sun ‘n Fun International Fly-In Expo in Lakeland, Florida as part of its initial marketing efforts. Throughout the year, they will continue to work with industry leaders in forming long-term partnerships between insurance carriers and general aviation.
