Scott has more than 30 years of experience in maintenance operations, sales and customer relations. After serving in the Navy, Scott began his aviation career as an avionics installer. He spent most of his career working for Raytheon Aircraft Services / Hawker Beechcraft Services. During that time, he served as Supervisor, Technical Sales Representative, Program Manager, Principal Sales Manager, Vice President of Customer Relations, and General Manager.
In 2014, Scott left his role as General Manager at Hawker Beechcraft to assume the role of Vice President and General Manager of a startup MRO in Subic Bay, Philippines. He was responsible for establishing all components of the business, including profit and loss activities for three companies under the Aviation Concept Group of companies.
