The Oregon Pilots Association has announced that applications are being accepted for this year’s $2,000 Raymond Meyer Memorial Flight Scholarship for Oregon student pilots seeking their private pilot license and for licensed pilots seeking an advanced license or rating. The application deadline is November 30th, and the scholarship winner will be announced in December.
