Michael Dow Michael Dow is Piper’s pick as chief of production for Piper’s new Altaire light jet. He was formerly at Aurora Flight Sciences as group manager of manufacturing, engineering and tooling.

Leonardo Garcia Leonardo Garcia is the new recruiting specialist for Paramount Aviation Resources Group. He was formerly the lead flight dispatcher at NetJets.

Larry Alexandre Larry Alexandre is the new president of Heli-One, a subsidiary of CHC Helicopters specializing in offshore oil platform work. Alexandre was previously CEO of Sagem Avionics.

Kevin McAndrews Kevin McAndrews has been named director of sales for the aircraft division of Platinum Aviation. McAndrews was previously the co-owner of Sunrise Helicopters in New York and Florida.

Haydee Ramirez Haydee Ramirez is the new director of business development for Africa at JSSI. She’s been at JSSI for three years as an international sales assistant.

Christi Yowell Law Christi Yowell Law is now an aircraft history specialist at Plane Fax. She was formerly at International Aircraft Title and Escrow.

Gordon Ramsay Gordon Ramsay has been appointed the Piper Aircraft program manager for the Northeast for Columbia Aircraft Sales. He has extensive experience in aircraft sales.

Matt Davis Matt Davis is TAC Air’s new Director of Business Development. He was previously VP of aviation marketing for FlightAware.
