We are installing an O-370 engine in our Cessna 172F, so the original 145-hp Continental O-300D is for sale with all accessories.

This engine worked fine when removed. It was installed in 2003. We flew with it right up until it was taxied it to the shop for replacement. It has all accessories: mounts, exhaust, alternator, magnetos, lightweight starter, carb, Bracket air filter, etc., etc. Wired for engine analyzer. Three of the cylinders were new in the last two years. It has 12 FINE-WIRE SPARK PLUGS (which cost over $1600 new), complete logs and recent oil analysis reports. Two spare cylinders with stuck valves.

The only negative is that it has leaked some oil since the last two cylinders were replaced. We believe that this can be remedied by properly torquing all the through-bolts.

Asking $7000 as-is, where-is, which is Santa Paula Aiport (KSZP).
