For a long weekend gathering with lots to do, meet the Kitfox team at the annual factory fly-in in McCall, Idaho. Factory tours will run all day on Thursday. Fly into McCall Friday for an informal evening gathering, then depart Saturday after breakfast for a short backcountry tour. Saturday night will feature a banquet dinner. The Wings Over Republic 16th Annual Fly-In will offer meals throughout the weekend at Ferry County Airport in Washington. Join fellow visitors for safety talks, shuttle rides into town, Curlew Lake tours, and live entertainment. Pilots can camp under their wings at the airport or Curlew State Park, just a short walk away. Floatplane pilots can tie up on the lake dock. On Saturday in Cedar Bluff, Virginia, theFly-In/Cruise In Family Fun event welcomes all fordisplays, airplane and helicopter rides. Kids can enjoy the bounce houses while pilots check out light aircraft dealers including Just, Quicksilver and Delta Jet Trike.In addition, watch for a T-28 fly-by and skydiving.
