Mulder, chairperson of the OHare Noise Compatibility Commission, was named recipient of the 2005 Jay Hollingsworth Speas Airport Award, co-sponsored by the American Associate of Airport Executives (AAAE), the Airports Consultants Council (ACC) and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA).
