On a particularly stormy day in the Green Mountains of Vermont, I heard the following exchange between a flight on approach to BTV (Burlington, Vermont) and approach control.
BTV approach:
“NXXXAJ, how was the ride down?”
NXXXAJ:
“Rougher than a stucco bathtub.”
