NBAA is one of the shows where major sales announcements are made, but there haven’t been that many at this year’s show. Hawker Beechcraft stepped out of that mold today with a $200 million announcement. Brazilian-based Lder Signatures S.A. has ordered 23 aircraft, covering the cross-section of jet products from the Wichita company.
The major sale is in Embraer’s backyard and involves a long-time Beechcraft customer. Lder has been an authorized service center since 1996.
