Key Takeaways:

The product line is divided into two series: the 8800 (panel-mounted with integral VF display) and the more advanced 9900 (remote-mounted with 3 ATI LED display), with increasing features within each series.
Models progressively add capabilities such as more extensive shield modes, detailed threat information display (e.g., transponder type, threat MSL), and for the 9900A/B, pilot-adjustable shield sizes and voice annunciation.
The 9900B stands out as the most advanced model, uniquely featuring a directional antenna, four receivers, a moving map interface, and a "Profile and Plan View" display with bearing to threat information.
Most models, except the 8800 Gold, offer upgradability paths to higher-tier variants within their respective series or to the next series.
