Cross-Control Aerobatics

Key Takeaways:

Crosswinds are probably a snap for Cesar Falistocco. The Argentine pilot and member of the Escuadrilla Argentina aerobatic team apparently does a lot of cross-control flight that has earned the team plaudits at home. A few months ago, he showed some pretty incredible control by picking up the flags of Argentina and Chile from the turf beside a runway in Argentina.

OK, he cheated. The flags were laid on an unmowed section of grass that was at least two inches higher than the rest of the infield. Ahem.
