This week, AVweb’s news roundup found reports on a new training management system for Spirit Airlines, a partnership between MedAire and Fireside Partners and a positive year-end result for AEROCOR. MINT Software Systems has entered into a service agreement with Spirit Airlinesfor implementation of the company’s MINT TRMS web-based training management system. MINT TRMS allows training planners, instructors and crews to have online access to their training schedules, electronic grading forms, reports, learning materials and other training-related data.
Emergency services provider Fireside Partners is partnering with MedAire, a company that provides inflight and at-location medical and security assistance. According to the companies, their 24/7 Operations Teams will now share information and provide integrated assistance through their respective capabilities. Finally, AEROCOR has announced that it has exceeded its growth expectations for 2018. AEROCOR is a light turbine aircraft sales organization that specializes in CitationJet, Embraer Phenom and Eclipse series aircraft.
